Brief: This is the first holiday dinner table of 2022. I wanted to do something a little different and incorporate more floral into this design. The white flowers I used in the centerpiece were beginning to die off and it gave them this beautiful brown center. I thought this was so beautiful and appropriate for fall time. Since it is a time that reminds us that there is a lot of beauty in change. The leaves on the trees around us begin to die in the fall and turn into these beautiful bright fall colors, that are so mesmerizing. That’s what these dried citrus fruits and flowers reminded me of and that is why I chose to incorporate them. I also chose to mix it up with the colors of the candles to reflect the fall time colors and keep it interesting to the eye. I went with clean classic silhouettes with the glass and plating. Gave just a hint of gold in the silverware and copper in the champagne shooters to give a warm and cozy fall vibe at this dinner table.
Goals: Whimsical, clean, classy, cozy, drama, vibrant, moody.
